Your Vacation Specialist should have reviewed the specific rate code restrictions for your reservation with you at time of booking. The invoice notes section will provide a shorthand summary of the rate code. Some of the shorthand codes are explained here, but you should check with your Vacation Specialist for full details as you are solely responsible for adhering to and providing any needed documentation to satisfy the conditions of the pricing provided.
Unless notified otherwise, Dream Vacations will assume that all travel arrangements to/from your cruise/tour are being handled by the client and Dream Vacations will assume no responsibility beyond arranging the cruise/tour-only portion of your trip
The Operach Team Serviced Air
Seat assignments for your itinerary will be requested and are based upon best available at the time of reservation. Not all air segments allow for advance seat assignment, and may be reserved only at Airport check-in or for purchase from the airline. Please note assigned seats on Airlines are not guaranteed. Seat assignments can be changed for reasons beyond our control. Many flights purchased with our suppliers at discounted rates can not be upgrades using points. Some rates will accumulate reduced points.
Independent airfare not booked via cruise line or tour supplier will have a service fee of up to $100 per person.
We are unable to reserve frequent flyer mile tickets.
All airline reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise noted on the reservation.
U.S. citizens travelling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. Passengers are responsible to ensure that any legal issues do not prohibt them from entering certain countries. Immunizations may also be required.
Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government imposed fines.
If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are travelling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.
New federal regulations require REAL ID verified documents for air travel. Please go to www.dhs.gov/read-id to ensure your state identification is valid for air travel.
All guests are responsible for attaining proper travel documentation including visas.
Entry requirements to foreign countries (Including CANADA)
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they are not inadmissible to any country they are visiting due to past or present legal decisions or convictions. This includes but is not limited to; past due child support, sex offender registry, DUI, felony convictions etc. It is important to note that some countries may deny entry for any reason they deem as inadmissible. For example, a client with a past DUI may be considered inadmissible to Canada.
Passports are highly recommended but in many cases not required for U.S. citizens who board a cruise ship at a port within the United States, travel only within the Western Hemisphere, and return to the same U.S. port on the same ship. Passengers may present government issued photo identification, along with proof of citizenship (an original or certified copy of his or her birth certificate, a Consular report of Birth Abroad, or a Certificate of Naturalization). Certain cruise lines always require a passport to travel, please ask your vacation specialist if this is required.
Passports are required in order to fly to or from a foreign country. We recommend that all guests travel with a valid passport during their cruise. This will enable guests to fly from the U.S. to meet their ship at the first port should they miss their scheduled embarkation; and allow guests that must debark the ship before their cruise ends to fly back to the U.S without significant delays and complications.

Credit cards are the preferred method of payment for all vacations Some deposit payments will not allow for check payments. If paying by check your due date will be an additional ten days in advance of the date on your invoice. Regardless of due dates, checks must be received a minimum of 75 days before your departure.
Price Monitoring Terms and Conditions
The Operach Team utilizes a proprietary automated process for monitoring price reductions. We cannot guarantee that all price reductions will be caught through this process. Certain rate codes and special offers from the cruise lines do not allow for any price reductions. Travel insurance pricing will not be reduced and will be based on original value when booked. Many cruise lines do not allow price reductions after final payment and in those cases we will make best efforts to secure upgrades if higher meta-categories (interior, overview, balcony, suites) are less than the current amount paid. Upgrades are at the discretion of the cruise line. Price reductions will only be processed if the amount is greater than $35 per person.
Price adjustments may incur a service fee of up to $50.

The Operach Team may charge an agency cancelation fee of $35 per person. This fee may be applied to a future reservation within 2 years of cancelation. There is a $50 per person charge if a booking is transferred to another agency. Supplier cancelation fees will apply as applicable.
